Your answers stay in this tab.

The current Pick Your Seoul finder processes your answers in your browser. It does not send them to a server, save them in cookies or store them in local storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the answers. “Start a new trip” clears them within the current tab.

No account or completion tracking.

This version does not require an account, record quiz completion counts, load advertising scripts or include an analytics tracker. An older version may have left a completion counter in your browser’s local storage; the current version does not read or update it. You can remove older site data through your browser settings.

Fonts and ordinary web requests.

The page requests fonts from Google Fonts. As with other web requests, the font provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers. The quiz also works with system fonts if these requests fail. The website’s hosting service may process ordinary request logs; quiz answers are not included in page requests.

Copying a result.

“Copy my result” writes the displayed neighbourhood summary to your clipboard only when you press the button. The site does not send a message for you. If clipboard access is unavailable, it provides text for you to select and copy manually.

Links to other sites.

Map and transport links open external sites, which have their own privacy practices. Pick Your Seoul sends no quiz answers in those links; the map link includes the neighbourhood name. Pick Your Korea is a separate finder and does not receive your answers.
